TRAINING SPECIFICS

What your training looks like.

Every program runs in our working Centennial shop on the same schedule and awards the same Technical Certificate. What changes is how far you take it.

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM

Forty hands-on training hours a week: 40 hours for the 1-week program, 160 for the 4-week, 320 for the 8-week master track. Saturday sessions by appointment only.

FORMAT

Hands-on and competency-based

Intensive, skill-based instruction in a real working shop, taught at instructional level. Each program is measured against a published competency list rather than seat time.

Instruction, not tools

Tuition covers your instruction and course materials. Tools are not included with the 1-week, 4-week or 8-week PDR programs; you train on the shop's PDR tools and equipment. The two 3-day courses include a tool package.

Paintless dent removal is the specialized artistic process of removing minor dents and hail damage from panels using rods and hand tools. The NexGenPro Paintless Dent Repair program is designed to address the current shortage of skilled technicians through intensive, hands-on, skill-based training in all aspects of paintless dent repair — preparing top-level technicians ready to meet the highest quality standards required by the repair industry.

PROGRAM MISSION

  • Produce Paintless Dent Repair Technicians that demonstrate the level of skill and expertise required to meet emerging industry standards.
  • Establish industry certification that credentials high levels of expertise required to produce flawless repairs, ready for factory inspection.
  • Develop and maintain program curriculum based on performance-based learning principles, resulting in documented competency attainment according to current industry quality standards.

Our system of panel repair tools allows the technician to make a quality repair to the original sheet metal of the vehicle. When the inner structure is undamaged, this is a much better alternative to replacing a panel. The only thing better than a new panel is the original.

Paintless dent repair glue pulling & blending is the specialized artistic process of lifting the damaged area and re-texturizing the paint flow of the original OEM finish. Do I need prior experience?
No. Our programs are hands-on and skill-based, starting from the fundamentals. They are equally suited to newcomers changing careers and to working autobody techs and collision shops adding PDR to their services.
What certification will I earn?
All programs are taught at instructional level with a Technical Certificate. The PDR Master 8 Weeks program additionally certifies you as a hail master technician and extreme dent expert.
Where does training take place?
